It is titled "Oumo" (parrot) and was created by the shin hanga artist Nishimura Hodo know for his Kacho e or "Birds & Flower" scenes. Published by Takemura Hideo. Nishimura was thought to be an in house artist for the publisher and little is known of his biography. This is a gicle print. It is from a very high resolution scan taken of
